Before You Delete

Deleting your account will permanently remove:

How to Delete Your Account

Method 1: In the App (Recommended)
  1. Open CourtTrack Pro on your device
  2. From the Home screen, tap Settings
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account"
  4. Confirm by tapping "Delete everything"
  5. Confirm once more by tapping "Delete everything"

Method 2: Email Request

If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion via email:

  1. Send an email to contact@courttrackpro.com
  2. Use subject: "Account Deletion Request"
  3. Include the email address associated with your account
  4. We will verify your identity and process your request

Delete Only Some of Your Data

You do not have to delete your account to remove your data. Inside the app, you can delete any of the following individually, at any time:

Open the item you want to remove and use its delete action. The item and its data are erased from our servers; your account and everything else stay intact.

What Happens After Deletion

Immediate

Your account is deactivated and you are logged out.

Within 30 Days

All your personal data is permanently deleted from our servers.

Retained (Legal Requirement)

Payment transaction records may be retained as required by law.

Cancel Subscription First

If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it before deleting your account:

iOS

Settings > your name > Subscriptions > CourtTrackPro > Cancel

Android

Google Play Store > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > CourtTrackPro > Cancel

Web

Contact us at contact@courttrackpro.com — this also covers any subscription taken on an iPhone before 3 September 2026, which is billed through the web.

Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel app store subscriptions.
