Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CourtTrack Pro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and CourtTrackPro LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a Delaware limited liability company.

2. Description of Service

CourtTrack Pro is a tennis tracking application that allows users to:

• Log and track tennis matches and results
• Monitor tournament schedules and deadlines
• Track tennis-related expenses and finances
• Manage equipment and string usage
• Track academic progress for NCAA eligibility
• Estimate UTR (Universal Tennis Rating)
• Access AI-powered coaching insights

3. Account Registration

To use CourtTrack Pro, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Be at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Free Plan and Subscription

A paid subscription is required to access PRO features:

In-App (iOS & Android):

• Monthly: $35 USD per month
• Annual: $385 USD per year (1 month free)

Website (via Stripe):

• Monthly: $29 USD per month
• Annual: $290 USD per year (2 months free)

Subscriptions can be purchased through:

• Apple App Store (iOS)
• Google Play Store (Android)
• Our website via Stripe (web)

5. Billing and Cancellation

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Cancellation:

• iOS: Manage subscriptions in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
• Android: Manage subscriptions in Google Play Store > Subscriptions
• Web: Contact us at contact@courttrackpro.com

Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the respective app stores. For web purchases, contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund consideration.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all data you enter into CourtTrack Pro ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your User Content to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your User Content:

• Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Does not contain malicious code or content

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with other users' use of the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Share your account credentials with others
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

9. Intellectual Property

CourtTrack Pro, including its design, features, and content, is owned by CourtTrackPro LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of CourtTrack Pro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy of UTR estimates or statistics
• That the App will meet your specific requirements

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COURTTRACKPRO LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CourtTrackPro LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• You may request deletion of your data (see Account Deletion)
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
