By accessing or using CourtTrackPro ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and CourtTrackPro LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), a Delaware limited liability company.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Free Plan: New users receive a permanent free plan (unlimited match tracking entered by hand, tournaments and deadline alerts, training journal and goals, current UTR and WTN, and limited AI Coach use). PRO subscription unlocks the progress and UTR curves, advanced stats, the full academic module, finances and season budget, PDF exports, UTR history import, the full AI Coach (higher limits and training plans) and recruiting profile links.
14-day PRO trial. When an account is created, CourtTrackPro offers 14 days of PRO access, with no credit card and no commitment. The trial is offered only once per family and per email address. When it ends, the account automatically returns to the free plan, with no charge and no renewal. Unlimited match tracking stays available. PRO features are locked, and the data they hold stays stored for as long as your account exists; it becomes accessible again if you subscribe to PRO. CourtTrackPro may change or withdraw this offer for new accounts.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Cancellation:
If you cancel, access continues until the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Refund policies are governed by the respective app stores. For web purchases, contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund consideration.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into CourtTrackPro ("User Content"), including match data, videos and photos. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process your User Content to provide the service.

Important: The UTR and WTN values shown by CourtTrackPro are those you enter or import; the UTR curve and the "My progress" curve are computed by CourtTrackPro from that data. None of them are official UTR or WTN ratings, "My progress" is not a UTR, and none should be used for official purposes.

CourtTrackPro, including its design, features, and content, is owned by CourtTrackPro LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your use of CourtTrackPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CourtTrackPro LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CourtTrackPro LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
